Marty Miller has been an attorney in Cary since 1995. He founded and managed a law firm for 24 years in downtown Cary which in 2011 became Cary Law. The firm was a general practice representing hard-working individuals and small businesses in numerous areas of law, including criminal, civil and bankruptcy representation. “I went to law school to help people and it was those types of people that God sent to me for help.”
An eastern North Carolina native, Marty graduated from East Carolina University in 1980 with a degree in Political Science and a minor in broadcasting. After 12 years in broadcasting, small business management, as well as teaching and coaching high school basketball and baseball, Marty returned to school in 1992 attending Regent University School of Law, graduating in 1995 with a Jurist Doctor degree.
Marty was the vice chair of his precinct in 2012 and was endorsed by the Wake County GOP in 2008 and 2016 for election as a Wake County District Court Judge.
“With the current state of our republic, I believe it is imperative that we wake up the slumbering masses to see the devastation and totalitarian future of our country if the Democratic Party and the elitist swamp remain in control of our country. This fight for individual rights and the founding principles of this nation begins at the lowest elected office all the way to the very highest office in the land. But there is no more time to waste, we can’t wait to see what’s going to happen, it’s already happening.”
